What to include in an enquiry
Replies within one business day, Monday–Friday.
- The object name or category, and the quantity you have in mind.
- The destination port or city, and the Incoterm you expect.
- Your delivery window, and any fixed project deadline.
- Customization: color, packaging, branding or a modified dimension.
- The certification or food-contact documents your market requires.
- Drawings if you have them; a PDF is enough to begin.

Questions we are asked.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the object and the finish. Tableware is set by color and carton quantity, furniture by carton and container volume, climate systems by model and voltage. We confirm the MOQ for your exact line sheet before you commit, and mixed containers are possible.
Can I order samples?
Yes, for qualified buyers. Material and color samples are available first; production samples follow an approved drawing or specification. Sample costs and freight are quoted per request, and we confirm the schedule before anything is made.
What is the lead time?
Stock models typically ship 30 to 45 days after order confirmation. Custom colors, new packaging and OEM work add two to four weeks, depending on the object and the quantity. Ocean transit is additional and depends on the destination port; we quote it with the shipment.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
We do. OEM places your brand, packaging and documentation on an existing object. ODM develops a new object from your brief, including tooling where the volume supports it. Both begin with a drawing, a target price and a definition of what is being approved.
How do you ship, and which Incoterms do you use?
We quote FOB, CIF and DDP where the route supports it; EXW on request. Production ships by sea in FCL or LCL, samples by air. Export documents are prepared with the shipment, and the buyer's customs broker handles import clearance.
Can you provide certification documents?
Certification documents are available on request and depend on the model and the destination market. We do not publish certificate marks until the specification and the market are confirmed. For climate systems, ask for the efficiency and safety document set by model; for tableware, ask for the food-contact declaration by material.
